Working list of potential projects that we can do as human and financial resources come available

Requirements:

1. Succinct project details / instructions. A clear ask.

2. Mentor - a few people who know the data and the need who can help direct the project

3. Datasets to work with in the WDI space

Ideas may look like specific tasks or project, or more conceptual, such as -

• Datathon

  • gather a bunch of legacy datasets

  • organize data for the hackathon

• Hackathon

  • take a dataset, map to TWG common format

  • upload to WDI

    • update WDIETL to handle this process

    • explore using existing tools such as Chillimport

• “Web”-athon

  • improve look and feel DemoApp

  • add content to wordpress site

  • increase public exposure
