Share the data you collect
Explicit is better than implicit
Consistent is good, standardized is better, validation is essential
Be Robust.  (Postel's Law: Be conservative in what you do, be liberal in what you accept from others.)

  1. Follow the Robustness principal/ Postel’s Law: Be conservative in what you do, be liberal in what you accept from others

  2. Automation. Automate process whenever possible. Always opt for automation of doing it by handle.

  3. Services. Build services whenever possible. Always opt for making THE service first, then AN application
