ESRI ArcGIS Software and Licensing
Use of the ArcGIS Pro software and licenses purchased for the New Mexico Four-University Consortium for consulting or work-for-hire is strictly prohibited.
Please look at the ESRI Institutional Agreements article for more details on the agreement.
ArcGIS Pro can only be installed on the Windows Operating System.
SOFTWARE OVERVIEW
The New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology is part of a four-university consortium that purchases the software and associated licenses from ESRI for educational and research use. With the software, Faculty, Staff, and Students who are a part of the New Mexico Tech umbrella can obtain licenses for classrooms, labs, and offices to use the software for education, research, and administration needs. These must be Windows computers. ESRI does not provide support for Apple computers.
If you are a part of one of the other universities in the New Mexico four-university consortium: New Mexico State University, University of New Mexico, or San Juan Community College, you must contact your local university administrator to obtain the software and licenses. Please contact Phil Miller (phil.miller@nmt.edu) to learn about your university-specific ArcGIS administrator.
If you do not hear from me for a week after your initial contact, please contact Amy Dunn (amy.dunn@nmt.edu); she is also an administrator and is a backup when I am unavailable.
